黑海边的公园真是跑步及其它运动的好地方,你可以一边运动一边观赏美丽的黑海及沿途各种漂亮建筑真是美不胜收!
The Boulevard is in fact a path along the sea and a public space. Definitely worth the stroll, either early in the morning to see the sun rise or later on in the day, the boulevard stretches along the sea and you can enjoy the blue of the sea and the sky, and the green on the other side. Lots of interesting sculptures and things to see. Safe, clean and healthy :-)
Batumi Boulevard is famous attraction in Batumi. Good place for walking and riding. Its safe place for relaxing in the night. Boulevard has some cafe, bar and restaurant, thats working 24/7. Boulevard is amazing place for look sunrise and morning exercise.
It is one of the longest boulevard. 6.5KM. You must to walk from start to end if want to see whole beauty
Love walking or biking here. Stunning views all around and its quite long. Late Spring to Early fall is the best time to visit Batumi.
Lovely walk along the Baltic Sea, you can rent bicycles. Plenty to see and lots of sculptures along the way.
This is a lovely sea walk along the shore line. One side is beach, and in the centre is lovely garden area with fountains, stautes and shade trees. The down side is that it was very difficult to find a washroom. We did, after a local showed us, a washroom- clean with an attendant (meaning pay, but we don't mind) but it was unsigned. The boulevard goes on for several kilometers with beach after beach.
I was stunned how well-maintained is Batumi's Boulevard. So many detailes were taken care of to bring this sight to perfection. Unfortunately I didn't visit it in summer, but even in spring there is much sun to enjoy.
Nice and quiet place for walking by seaside. . Also many other attractions are so close to this place.
Actually liked everything, so there are no negative emotions.Especially liked the singing fountains (we even splashed in them), it was also very interesting to walk around in the evening on the boulevard of Batumi and enjoy its scenery.
This seafront stretch from the Big Wheel to the Tower of Babel is the very centre of Batumi's modern development. The newer buildings are great and show a completely novel idea of architecture. At night when lit up they look even better. The whole way from from the Big Wheel via the dancing fountains, the seafront walks, and the gardens, all backed by the new buildings is impressive. There seems to be a slow down in construction at present, which I was told was because of a shortage of funds, caused through a trade dispute with Russia due to political differences over two provinces on the border (far to the north of Batumi).
Nice place to walk or ride a bicycle by the seaside. Since it's quite long way than i would advice to you to rent a bicycle unless if you have a plantey of time than you can walk. There is a place there where you can rent a bicycle or double bicycle.
Georgia seems a nice country the people are very friendly and food and drink is very cheep it seems as though it is going to be visited a lot more often
While on a cruise on the Black Sea , we stopped in the lovely port of Batumi ,Georgia and after visiting the Old Town , we walked along the Batumi Boulevard up to the seaside Gardens . There we found a sightseeing tour on a double-decker bus called Open Batumi . The route covers the main sights of the city and goes to the end of Batumi Boulevard which is much longer than expected . The total ride lasts about 1.5 hours , costs 20GEL and starts close to the Radisson Blu at 10.00 , 12.00 and 18.00 hrs . There is a special route at 18.00 when there is a cruise ship in town . It was a pleasant surprise since we had not seen this tour advertised anywhere and I almost forgot to note that the commentaries were in English , Russian , Turkish and Georgian.
We docked in Batumi on a Sunday morning, having never even heard of the place! What a lovely surprise! The beautiful promenade/boulevard along the shore line is clean and pretty. It was lovely to see families pitching up to enjoy a day out at the sea side. We strolled on through the parks, where there was always something to see, from the peacocks to the fountains to the sculptures. This beautiful town is being renovated in a very sympathetic manner and it was a joy to amble around and appreciate the sights. There were plenty of cafés especially on the large shaded square in the centre.
