We spend April in that beautiful city. Lungomare is amazing place to walk or ride a bike. Looks like nobody is working there even locals. People relaxed and happy. Everything is absolutely gorgeous and peaceful.Local food is amazing and cheap at this time of the season! And you will get complimentary snacks (sometimes it looks like a lunch) for any drink you purchase. And even more if you purchase food.

Very pleasant to walk along or ride a bike.Very quiet out of peak season. People are friendly and there are also nice restaurants.

The most beatiful boardwalk in europe, an emotional experience the sunrise on adriatic sea in the wonderful San Benedetto del Tronto.

Nice quiet inexpensive town of mostly middle income Italian tourists. Few places can help with English or other languages and only one bank can change money to Euros. Took 3 hours to change $300! Often places would not take credit cards too... Pretty beach and boardwalk but most of the nicer beach is private chairs. Public sections are small and more littered with weeds and some garbage. Downtown has a nice walk street area for evening drinks and people watching. Lots of filthy graffiti unfortunately. Quiet place with good seafood but if you come here, do not expect sophisticated tourism. Reminds me of Italy 30 years ago...

Very nice! There is a newer part which is the one to visit, with little places to sit and lots of bars. During high season there are many bar/restaurants/clubs with music and drinks, definitely worth a visit. Also very good for families with kids as music cannot be heard too loud and there is very often entertainment for kids.

Lovely part of town. I would not want to be here during the busy season. We did not get to the water but we did spend some time walking around and visiting the cafes and bars

We have visited San Benedetto Del Tronto twice for couple of reasons. Lungomare is about 6 km long Palm riviera along the sea, which is perfect for walking and sports (2paths were made, so no walking through bycicles). Rent a bike or take your roller skates and stroll around, stop at some points and swim, or have an ice cream, wonderfull place to relax and for an evening walks. Many restaurants around as well!

A lungomare is Italian for a "boardwalk" and this one is one of my favorite in the world. The lungomare is perfect for couples, families or a solo trip. There aren't many English speakers around so if you like to be around the locals and not other travelers then this is the place. There is two "sidewalks" one for people walking and one for bicycles. Also along the path are different public parks to sit and rest in the shade, in the sun on seats or on the grass. If you could see it from above you'd notice how organized it is. The sand is smooth and goes all the way to the ocean. The beaches in this area also have "wave breaks" built with large rocks out about 100 meters in the ocean so there aren't any waves to surf in but you can walk out into the water for the entire 100 meters and the water isn't deeper than 5'. I can't say enough about how great this location is for families and couples.

Sono ormai anni che passo le vacanze a San Benedetto del Tronto e devo dire che è uno dei luoghi con il più bel lungomare.Ottimo al mattino per correre ed allenarsi,il pomeriggio per osservare il bellissimo posto,la sera per fare una rilassante passeggiata dopo un'ottima cena in qualche chalet che si trovano lungo tutto il percorso.Ma detto da qualcun'altro non rende l'idea del posto,quindi,provate voi stessi....e mi darete ragione.

una piacevole passeggiata anche in una bella giornata invernale...Il mare a vista e i giardini , anche se piccoli, rendono piacebole il lungomare...Ben curato anche in inverno e soprattutto e possibile lascoare i bambini camminare da soli ...

Il lungomare di San Benedetto è veramente molto bello. E' lunghissimo e percorrerlo tutto a piedi è impossibile. Anche percorrerne solo un pezzettino, tuttavia, non vi lascerà delusi. E' una bellissima passeggiata, spaziosa e, per gli sportivi, dotata di pista ciclabile e ottima per il jogging. E' molto curato, con tante panchine e carinissime fontane in più punti. Se siete stanchi di passeggiare, potrete fare velocemente una deviazione sulla spiaggia o su uno dei tanti carinissimi locali e ristoranti presenti. Bello!

Questo splendido lungomare, che da un capo all'altro misura oltre 5 chilometri, riempie di luce e di colori gli occhi e la mente. Lo si può percorrere partendo dalla rotonda di San Benedetto (con di lato alcune ville liberty di inizio '900), da quella più recente di Porto d'Ascoli (sua frazione), oppure da un qualsiasi punto intermedio: in ogni caso si resterà sorpresi dalla sua armoniosa e allegra bellezza, esaltata da un'infinità di palme (circa 8.000), intercalate ad aiuole fiorite, oleandri e altre piante mediterranee. Come non bastasse, da qualche anno lungo il percorso sorgono anche alcune oasi-giardino "a tema", ornate con figure, fontanelle, sentierini, che oltre a meritare attenzione rendono ancor più piacevole la passeggiata. Il lungomare è fiancheggiato da oltre 100 chalet balneari con bar, molti dei quali offrono anche il servizio di ristorazione con cucina di mare e non.L'ultima volta ci sono stato lo scorso luglio, ma quando posso ci vengo pure "fuori stagione", magari ad inizio primavera, e allora secondo me lo si apprezza ancora di più in tutta la sua bellezza.

Senza esagerare posso dire che è sicuramente uno dei più bei lungomare del mondo!!!!!! Per gli amanti del buon pesce si possono gustare ottimi piatti nei buonissimi ristoranti presenti sulla costa!!

Il nuovo lungomare permette passeggiate tra mare , palme e piccole oasi ben curate e con sdraio fronte mare. Da visitare

Fantastico! Io ADORO questo posto! Spiagge perfette,pulite, spaziose.Mare incantevole.Panorama collinare alle spalle, mare blu davanti.Gente cordiale e onesta.Periodo ideale ? Per me che amo la tranquillità... Giugno e Settembre.Città tutta da scoprire :)
