What an experience...the walk is steep but the reward is amazing! The water washes every bad energy away!!!

This beautiful waterfall is picture perfect. That is, if you have a waterproof camera. It's best after some rainfall. The location is quiet and isolated, yet the sound of the waterfall is thundering! Take a guide to help you walk behind and under the water. Make sure you go to the upper falls as well.

You need a guide with a car or a good strong car and a good explanation how to get there. You will drive almost 1 hour and a half on a dirt road. On Braziliain holidays this place will be fully booked by Brazilians , as the waterfall lies in a private property outside the national park. You can get your personal tickets for this waterfall visit at the supermarket "Senna" on the main square in Lençois. The walk itself takes about 20 minutes and is rather easy but sometimes very steep.If saw some people doing rappel down this stunning waterfall, it looked soo awesome !There is no swimming pool at the bottom of the waterfall but really great natural showers.If you like to get the most of out it like me, ask your guide to go on top of the waterfall, great view ! Most agencies combine this waterfall with the Serra das paridas, the ancient rock paintings, but you could combine this with a visit on top of the Pai Inacio too.

You need a guide with a car and from Lencois it is over two hours driving. Then it takes you around half an hour walking to get to the waterfall (not too difficult). But it is worth the effort: you walk between impressive rock formations, see great views over the area and the waterfall itself is pretty. Swiming there is possible, but mind the slippery rocks. You need to pay an entrance fee to the guide.

This waterfall recently been opened up to the public by developing a drivable trail road that should be reserved for good days when there is no rain to make it muddy as there are very steep dirt climbs for your car on the road. The falls themselves are nice high but it is the descent from the parking lot to the base of the falls of moderate difficulty that gives the sense of what it must have been like in prehistoric times when natives explored along the steep walls. There is a nice swim in the pool abundant wildlife in the surroundings and numerous species of birds that make use of the area.The mane derives not from the insect but the disappointing size of the diamonds that were typically found there small as mosquitos.

lugar lindo, vale muito a pena. O acesso não é difícil. Você chega bem perto da cachoeira de carro e depois mais uns 15 min de descida.

Local com pouco dificuldade de acesso, mais valendo a pena cada caminhada!Vão e conheçam..eu recomendo!

O caminho não é o dos melhores, a estrada não tem sinalização e quando chove é uma tristeza, mas tudo compensa. Acho que foi o passeio que mais gostei na Chapada. Quando fui, o lugar estava vazio e com a chuva, a cachoeira estava lindíssima, Vista de perto é impressionante. Passeio obrigatório para quem está em Lençóis. Fomos sem guia, compramos o ingresso no supermercado Sena. Se você não tem espirito de aventura, vá com guia.

Excelente lugar! Acesso médio e com auxílio de guia. É preciso facilidade motora. Percurso de 40 min que é super recompensado com este visual!

Uma das melhor cachoeiras de Lençóis. Dá para ir sem guia, basta ter um mapinha ou o simples boca a boca já resolve. Fica dentro de uma fazenda, numa cidadizinha do lado do aeroporto. Você pode comprar a entrada antecipada, no mercadinho do Senna, que fica na praça de Lençóis, perto dos Correios.A cachoeira é linda.

É próximo do centro de Lençois e de uma beleza exuberante. faz-se um pequena caminhada para chegar a um lugar mágico. A cachoeira é muito bonita e de uma energia extraordinária. Aforei ter conhecido este lugar.

A Cachoeira do mosquito é uma opção muito boa de trilha com cachoeira e banho. O acesso não é muito fácil, mas vale a pena o esforço. O tícket é adquirido na cidade de Lençóis. a Estrada de terra é razoável com cerca de 17 quilômetros no total. Em época de alta estação é bom chegar antes das 9 horas pois após as 11h chega muita gente e fica difícil até estacionar. Após estacionar o carro ainda é preciso descer a pé por uma trilha bem acidentada até a cachoeira. Não é um passeio recomendado para crianças muito pequenas, nem para pessoas idosas ou com dificuldade de locomoção!

maravilhoso!tem que comprar ticket no mercadinho do seu marcos perto dos correios e do banco do brasil. (nao adianta ir sem o ticket. nao compra na hora)No caminho você tem a impressaõ de estar perdido. Passamos por diversas porteiras em estrada de terra até chegar em uma que tem um casarao e um rapaz nos cobrou o ticket indicando por onde continuariamos. A trilha é facil de encontrar mesmo indo sem guia, mas o terreno é um tanto acidentado e a descida é um pouco perigosa. No entanto vale muito a pena! o local é maravilhoso!

Fomos com o nosso próprio carro. Saia de Lençóis em direção a Itaberaba. Assim que avistar a cidade de Tanquinho, pegue a estrada de terra logo antes, a esquerda. Siga por ela até uma bifurcação e pegue à direita. Quando fomos tinha placa, mas às vezes eles arrancam. Siga sempre por essa estrada e chegará a uma fazenda. Lá uma moça saiu da casa e pediu para pagarmos R$ 2,00 de entrada, por pessoa. A área é de particular, mas ela não nos deu nenhum tipo de recibo. Tome a estrada ao lado da fazenda e siga até um estacionamento. Do estacionamento para a cachoeira a trilha é bem sinalizada e haverá sempre gente descendo. Quando tem bastante água a queda é muito bonita e gostoso para banhos.
