A great way to see the whole of Port Fairy! Thanks for so much fun! However, if you're blind, make sure you're not left on the beach! Visited as a port visit on cruise.

go surf is a must do in Pretty little port fairy. Fun and challenging and fantastic staff. Paddle out the river and come home on the sea. Excellent advice and a great couple of hours, may even catch a glimpse of the old giant sting ray or the fun loving local seal. Let Keith show you how to stand up paddle board ,you won't regret the experience.

The staff at Go Surf was so friendly and easy going. We rented a couple of boards and had the best time. They let us use the boards for as long as we needed them so we could relax and enjoy the experience. Great service, great equipment, great advice delivered with a smile. What more could you ask for? Highly recommended if you need a bit of an outdoor activity while holidaying in Port Fairy. They offer a certificate of radness if you take surf lessons, we think they deserve one themselves! My kids did the 3 day lessons whilst in holiday and they had a ball. All the instructors were helpful and very enthusiastic would definitely recommend this, and great value for money. My kids are now hooked on surfing.

A big thank you to Keith and his fellow instructor for teaching my 7 year old son and I to hang ten! They provide great quality, full wetsuits which you definitely need with the cool water. But apart from being cold, the bay is shallow and the waves are safe. After a bit of a warm up and a run through of the basic skills on the beach, we all walked out into the gentle surf. My son and I were both on our feet after a few waves - it was so much fun. For those who found their balance a little harder to find Keith gave individual attention until they got up too. By the end of the session everyone had got up for at least a few metres.

Go Surf surfing school is amazing. Both my nephews (10 & 11yr olds) had a lot of fun during the 3 days. The instructors are very good with kids & we're always checking with them to make sure they were ok & helping them out. They saw we had a water proof camera so they took that & took the photos for us so I could have some fun. Highly recommended.

We had such a great experience and it's a bonus that Keith and Fiona are so lovely - always with a smile. Myself and a girlfriend in Port Fairy for a week both hired a couple times and took a lesson even though I had already paddle boarded previously. I learnt new skills and it was so useful. We had perfect conditions but Keith also went through what to do in different weather type conditions. They are both amazing at what they do and we also asked for recommendations around Port Fairy - where to eat etc. which came in handy. I highly recommend using Go Surf and want to come back and do the surfing lessons, again to build on my current experience. I find paddle boarding very great exercise but also relaxing. It was such a plus to be in magical Port Fairy experiencing it.

Thanks to Surf Groms , specially Keith, my kids have mastered the basics of Surfing. I strongly recommend contacting Keith and team if you or your kids need to either learn surfing or paddle borading, or just need some advanced tips. Keiths one heck of a gentlemen and will spend quality time giving you information. You will find that surfing is more of a passion to him. Two from WA, One from NSW and Three from Warrnambool all agreed that it was a terrific idea. The prospect of the length and nature of the route was a little daunting, but the confidence of the tutor helped us all overcome that slight feeling of trepidation. He taught us how to do everything necessary to make this an enjoyable experience and it was! Best marks are for being welcomed, being shown clearly what to do, and being coached through every stage. It turned out to be not as difficult as we thought but was a physical challenge. We'd all come back any day!

Keith delivered the board to us down at the beach. He passed on some handy tips and a little bit of local knowledge. We had so much fun we decided to extend our hire, all it took was a phone call. We found Go Surf to be be friendly, professional and great value for money. I still remember before I did paddling I was a little bit nervous. But during I did paddling I felt very relaxing! And also Keith is a really excellent instructor! He makes everybody enjoying paddling. I did it the first time with our colleague team, That was great! And I did it again with my friend Denise and her fiance！ That was really fantastic! I enjoy so so much! Probably after I go back to China, I will buy one paddle board and I can do paddling in China! Thank you very much again to Keith, Denisek, and Jerome!

Had a great time when a bunch of us from work got together to try Stand up paddleboarding. A lot easier than I thought it would be and what a lovely way to see the river and ocean!

After being prodded into trying stand up paddle boarding for the first time, I can happily say it was a great decision to give it a go. The instruction was spot on and I was quickly comfortable on the board. Keith was fantastic and very supportive, often giving me little tips to help improve my ability. The river paddle is a must! Thank you.

My 2 kids have been fortunate enough to participate in Surf Groms for the past 4 years. The times that they were instructed by GO Surf, they learnt more than any other time! I too have been part of a fabulous intro to Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) with GO Surf. Keith is incredibly inclusive, his supporting instructors are fun amd motivated and they all contribute to a fabulous experience. Highly recommended! WE LOVE GO Surf!
