We discovered the store by accident on a drive along the north shore. Small craft brewery with friendly staff who let you sample. All the beers taste great. We bought two refillable growlers but you can get smaller bottles.

I stopped here on my way along the Sunrise Trail because I needed to stretch my legs. The young man behind the counter poured me samples of three beers and I liked them all. I'd have stayed longer to look around but the place stated to fill up. I bought bottles of two of their beers to take home with me and would have bought the third as well but it was only available in growlers and I don't know when I'll be through there again for a refill.

The Tatamagouche Brewing Company offers a retail destination to sample and buy some craft ales and purchase one of their branded items. http://tatabrew.com/ The fellows working at this micro brewery during our visit were professional, pleasant, and eager for us to experience the 'Pure Tatamagoodness'. We found this to be a fun little spot to visit on our tour of this area of Nova Scotia. From here, you are a short drive to the Jost Winery in Malagash too. Treat yourself and stay at the Scottish Pines Cottages to be within a close driving distance to all of these areas.
