it is only 21:45 and I am in pardice. Loco bar is the place to be in the eveing. Nice company pretty and freindly girls. Surely this is the place to be.Have now been here twice and have gone home so happy I I certainly will go back everynight whist I am here. The girl behind the bar, her name is Thea, is so hot but very difficult.

This bar is what one likes and dreams to find in this kind of bars: to be untertained by superb, funny, sexy and friendly hostesses who do not not hassle you for drinks; being able to drink peacefully in a clean stylish place that smells good with real nice wooden bar and furniture and just the right lighting, while listening to a great variety of non defeaning music, (quite unique for bars in this city) or ordering your own songs; Looked like an extremely well kept and managed place with most certainly the cleanest bathrooms in the region. The drinks prices are reasonable and I was surprised by the quite rare and unusual selection of high quality wines and spirits for a girlie bar.To be definitely recommended for a great evening out in good hands ...

As others have already said this bar doesn't look special from the outside. However, it is what a bar should be - a nice place to have a drink and chat with friends or one of the hostesses. The girls there have class and are not pushy, so it is actually nice just to talk to one for awhile and then stroll on. Indeed cleanliness is immaculate - the place to go on PNH's riverside when you like the bar experience but don't want a dozen girls hassling you for drinks.

At the first look a good bar with nice girls. Nothing very amazing about that. After a while you realize that this place is really different....The girls are elegant and won't push you to drink. The french owner has a gift: only a sight to you face and he knows what music you like to hear. That's the begining of a very good evening that you will remenber and share with friends (When their wives are away)!!!! A must visit place in Phnom Penh with the cleanest bathrooms area and a very upscale stylish place ... Well done and many thanks.

I had a very pleasant evening in this bar that I had overlooked in previous visits to the city. It was also the first visit for my friend who lives in Cambodia. We chatted with the owner for a couple of hours and found him a charming host. We enjoyed his intelligent informed conversation and taste in music. So if you want something a little different with some fine French Jazz at sensible volumes try Loco, an oasis of calm and culture when the usual round of screaming pop music and hostesses gets wearing. Great bar, awesome owner. Only thing I think they can improve on is get a pool table. I think one of the best things about this bar is you can fill out a song request card at the bar and they'll play it for you almost immediately.

Had a great night out, good fun with the girls but never got hassled to buy drinks. Music was good a great night in all

Good music, good looking hostesses, no pressure sales on drinks. Great place to stop by with friends for a drink!

Quite a change from any other bars I was used to in Phnom Penh, and other cities in South East asia. This place is so clean that as sid one other guy next to me, you could eat your dinner on the floor of the toilets and lavatory: absolutely spotless clean, white tiled from floor to the roof ... wow The girls are genuinly nice and friendly, and unlike the other girlie bars: NOT PUSHY... which usually puts me off big time. Quite a few beauties too. later in the evening they got wild dancing, nice show ...The drinks menu is rather complete and the prices are within the range of those of other bars if not cheaper for quite few drinks like beer cans.The other thing that makes this bar outstanding is the quality of the music. Very unusual for a girlie bar where they mostly play horrible hiphop so loud that you cannot even hear yourself think ... Here they played a wide variety of all ages music, all decades' best. Just great to chill out and let yourself taken away with great songs at the right sound level.All in all ... a great place to spend an evening alone or with friends.And last but not least ... the two owners are great guys who will play any song you may request.

This place is great if you know the people there. It's not comfortable for newcomers. Maybe it was an off night but it seemed there wasn't much going on, and I felt out of place.

This bar is more upmarket than most hostess bars in Phnom Penh. I had a great time there - very lively atmosphere, in fact if anything too busy at times! It got very full at one point, with customers squeezed a bit for space. The staff were very friendly and not aggressive and the music wasn't being played at deafening levels, so you could actually hold a conversation in there. Nice design of the bar and it has really clean toilet facilities - unusual in these sorts of bars! The drinks bill wasn't shocking and I left in a happy haze, making a note to myself to return next time I'm in town.

Dropped in for some bevs, stayed longer than I planned. Seems pretty clean and everyone was friendly and up for a chat or whatever :P loved the bell on the bar, when someone rings it they have to buy a drink for EVERYONE so was pretty happy bout that. Pretty lively time, would recommend !

Stopped in this bar while passing through Phnomh Penh. Place looked good - bright and cheerful decor and very clean so I sat down for a drink and ended up having a great night - very friendly owner and staff, lots of buzz from locals and other visitors and the staff and generally a good and happy atmosphere!Drinks all reasonably priced and no problems with the check. All in all a fun night out and hope to visit the "Loco" Crew again!!

I tried this bar, its not my kind of bar I thought, but its okay. The owner was friendly and so was the girls, I had a couple of beers on my travels through Phnom Penh and this bar was a good stop.
