I liked the diversity of items and the prices were very reasonable. They had items that were from various regions.

Everyone should at least try a day painting with Melody. I tried it 3 times during my 4 week stay on the island and everyone was a lot of fun. Each time I spent it with great friends and found out that even I can paint . Just go by Melody's shop and find out her schedule, she even has painting party's on the beach. If you are in San Pedro you should stop by to check out the art work. A local artist Kurt (KJ) Cruz did 7 custom paintings for us while we were there on vacation. Reasonably priced and very nice people.

We did a painting party with Melody yesterday. It was so fun! You don't have to be an artist, she helps you through the whole thing. What a great souvenir from Belize! Your own Belizean art that you painted yourself! If you don't have time to do a painting party definitely stop by to shop for some beautiful original artwork done by local artists.

Great little shop with locally made art items! I purchased a handmade Christmas ornament and the owner even offered to personalize it for us! I highly recommend this place :)

Great little shop packed full of items from local talent. Ordered custome made bracelets to take home for family and Melody had them made by the end of the week. Hand carved slate was beautiful and had to bring several tropical fishes Hine for my daughter and her family as a gift. Met the young local artist who was on site and only 17 years of age. Great talent for such a small shop packed full of treasures.

I am a huge lover of art so when I saw this beautiful little gallery I was immediately drawn to the bright colours I saw in the studio.When I opened the door I saw a group of children painting away with a couple of young woman overseeing their work.A friendly hello was spoken,and I piped up saying "this would be great for adults as well"The friendly hello was from owner/artist Melody Wolfe who piped up saying " I do have adult paint parties"I wasn't a party, however Melody was accommodating and gave me a private paint lesson.It was a great way to spend an afternoon, lots of laughs with incredibly warm friendly people!!I'm proud of the piece I did, and totally in love with the piece I commissioned Melody to do.Both will hang proudly in my home, with great memories of my amazing trip to the beautiful country of Belize!

I bought two beautiful sets of earrings there made from glass. the paintings were very good and done by local artists. They also had nice slate carvings of Mayan gods and sites.

This art gallery is a true gem that you should definitely stop by while you are in town. So many great pieces by different local artists. Melody, is a native Ambergris Caye artist, and she and her staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I bought a painting by local artist Amy Oldham that my family will cherish for many years, and it will always remind me of one of my favorite vacations. There is a good selection of different types of art, and also handmade jewelry that is very reasonable priced. I loved the vibrant colors in the painting I bought and many of the other works in the gallery. I bought a fish motif bracelet for my preschooler that was actually less than a necklace I picked up for her at the airport. If buying a piece of art to take a little of your vacation home is your thing, definitely stop in this gallery! My wife and I go to San Pedro on an annual basis and we purchased our first things from Melody in 2009 or so. I went in to her gallery to ask her to paint some coconuts for me and the next thing that I knew, I needed to buy a 4 x 4 painting from her. The picture is the painting and we proudly display it in our house in one of the guest rooms. Melody is incredibly talented and her gallery is full of many more things than paintings - my wife purchased jewelry and ornaments during our trip last month. If you travel to San Pedro, finding Melody's gallery is worth your time as you'll be happy to meet this very talented young lady.

This gallery is quite a gem! I purchased several original, handmade items (sterling silver jewelry, candles, decorative accessories for the home) here for myself and to take back to loved ones as gifts.The pricing is also very reasonable. The owner(s) of the gallery are delightful people. Glen helped me while I was shopping, and was never too busy to answer any of my (frequent) questions. I would definitely go back again and would undoubtedly invite others to do the same!

I had read such good reviews about this place that I made it a point to visit while in San Pedro. It is a very nice place with wonderful local art. Melody is very friendly and knowledgable.

When my wife said lets stop in here I thought okay, more stuff. I was wrong. This is some of the best variety of art by local artisans we have found and all were worth the price. We picked up some jewelry and an ink & pen drawing of BC's by Island Dog. Melody was knowledgeable about all the pieces and other artists works and hers are absolutely beautiful. One thing I am sure of when we stop in next year it will have fresh new works instead of the same old carvings and trinkets you see all over town.
