八角城遗址

发表了博文 《夏河，八角古城》 - 出夏河县城向北三十公里，有一座始建于汉代的古城遗址，名为八角城。这里原是丝绸之路南线与唐蕃古道交接的地方。城墙已成废墟，只剩下断垣，城里还保留着一个自然的村落。

We went to the Ganjia Grassland for a two day tour with one night stop in Baijio Village, an old Chinese village, now inhabited by Tibetans. We also went to the Tseway Gompa temple a Bon Temple in Zuohai village, about 10 km away from Baijio Village. Here we saw the most beautiful statue of Sherab Chamma, “loving mother of compassion, sometimes called the mother of all buddha’s. We were allowed the attend the afternoon prayers in the central prayer hall with all “throat singing”, mantra’s, trantra’s and monks going into trance, horns and cymbals, the lo. Not to be missed!You can also do nice walks in the neighbouring hills . Views are stunning, easy walk
