keelung harbor

希望港边的排水口可以整治，基隆的第一个门面，每当客运下车便会有一股水沟的臭味，几十年以来不曾改变，不然这再漂亮的风景也不美丽了

The board walk in Keelung is relatively new but has enhanced the view of the harbor a great deal, On a warm sunny day you can see hundreds of people enjoying the view with their families and children. Even the famous duck was here and the rocking horse. Great way to spend an hour or two in the sun and even see some sea hawks on a nice day.It is a nice day trip from Taipei and after can go to the night market and get some local food or shopping at the famous night market in Keelung.

The harbour is very busy as it still is a working harbour but there are cruise liners and lots of shops and markets around the harbour which stay open as late as ships are in port. It is only 2 hours drive to Taiwan but you can catch the train for a few dollars.

The view here is quite nice especially in the morning and afternoon. The view at night is not that nice because of the lights around and the fact it happens to be a shipping port.

Keelung Harbor is very accessible compared to many harbor areas, so you get a great view of the big ships in dock. And several times a day you get to see the somewhat remarkable dance of a cruise ship coming in or out - it's amazing to see them maneuver in what is a rather tight waterway! For me, half the fun was walking just in from the harbor a street or two to experience a typically Chinese commercial district - tight streets with a jumble of small, mostly high-end shops, interspersed with very decorative Buddhist temples and other more official buildings. Though crowded, the streets felt very safe, so I was never uncomfortable walking around, even coming home from the Night Market rather late.

I did this as part of a tour of the northern coast, and I found it was very beautiful! Definitely worth a visit, but it is a bit of a drive out of Taipei.

Sitting by starbucks and looking through it (to kill time actually) and found it to be lovely at evening and night. Good place to take some nice pics.

I lived in Keelung for almost 3 years. As a expat and having traveled the world this harbor is pretty but the water is not clean. There are lots of cute shops, 5 story KFC and McDonald's. Very close to the wonderful night market. Sitting in Starbucks and over looking the hills and the water though is second to none. Especially on a rainy day!

むかし石垣島に行ったとき、たしか、この基隆行きのフェリーが港に泊まっていたと記憶しています。地図を見れば、石垣島からは九州よりも近い。交流も活発なはずです。その基隆港に来てみると、やはり国際的に開かれた雰囲気が漂っていました。

鉄道の基隆駅を降りてすぐ目の前に港が広がります。潮の香りが心地よい港町といった感じ。大型フェリーなども停泊していて、この港の重要度が伝わります。港前に海洋広場という広場があり、そこから見るほの暗い海がまた良しです。夜市にも歩いて数分で行ける便利な立地です。

基隆駅の目の前にある大きな港です。コンテナ船やクルーズ船などもたくさん泊まっています。夜は、さらにライトアップされてロマンチックで綺麗です。

이곳 너무 로맨틱한 도시입니다. 아주오래전 하버로 발달해 일본양식으로지어진 그때 그 시절을 고대로 간직하고 있어요. 해풍에 녹슬은 건물들도 저에겐 로맨틱해보였답니다.

オシャレじゃない、きれいでもない。でも昔の港町の匂いが残った、ちょっと寂れた感じのする町です。観光客だけの町ではないので、普通の田舎町の風情や店があります。建物も古いし、店も小さく屋台チックな店が多い。港町の生活を感じる町です。

この港は基隆駅前にございます。夜にもなるとライトアップされることもあります。港自体も整備をしていると思っております。夜にもなるとロマンチックな光景を目にすることができます。

台鉄基隆駅前に有ります。台湾有数の港町で第二次大戦後の引き揚げ時にはここから船が出港したとの事です。街中に位置するので、ロマンチックさに欠けますが、心地よい雰囲気です。仕事柄、台北に海上輸送で商品を送っていたのですが、仕向け港が基隆なので、ここに来た時は妙な感動が有りました。雨が多くて有名なので、雨具を忘れずに。
